Texas Keeps Getting Bigger

Just a quick note on another huge bass out of Texas.  Congrats goes out to Austin Terry out of San Angelo, Texas with his 13.40 largemouth that went 25 3/4 inches long.  Terry caught his biggin on a 1/2 spinnerbait in less than 4 feet of water at Twin Buttes Reservoir.

Twin Buttes Reservoir has struggled for quite some time with water levels due to the drought in the western part of Texas, but it appears that things are getting back to normal.  Records indicate that its been about 28 years since someone has weighed in a bass that size from Twin Buttes to the parks and wildlife service in Texas (David Zak 13.00, back in 1989).   Great job Sir on that Texas Biggin!  No Tightlines needed here!

I’m The Bass Dude!

Hey! I am a Married outdoorsman with two wonderful boys. I Love to fish for largemouth bass and love the backwater creeks and cuts of bigger waters. I was a full-time Bass angler who was lucky enough, along with two of my buddies to have numerous Bass lures with patents. I also, enjoy hunting, Mtn. Biking, Ultra trail running and basically anything to do with the outdoors.
